Pricing Guide
Quick answer: LED wall rental cost comes down to wall size, panel type, and labor. Walls are modular and quoted per build, so a small indoor wall for a DJ booth and a large outdoor festival backdrop are very different jobs with very different prices. This guide breaks down exactly what drives the number, and every D24K quote includes delivery, build, commissioning, and teardown.

There is no sticker price for an LED wall, and any company that quotes one before asking about your event is guessing. Walls are modular: we build them panel by panel to the exact size your show needs, so a 6 foot DJ booth face and a 40 foot festival backdrop are completely different builds with completely different price tags. What stays constant at D24K Productions is that every LED video wall rental includes design, delivery, build, commissioning, content playback, and teardown by our own crew. The number on your quote is the whole job, not a gear fee with surprises attached.
The biggest factor by far. Price scales with panel count, so a wall twice as wide and twice as tall uses four times the panels, processing, and build time.
Finer pitch means more pixels per panel and a sharper image up close. Our inventory runs 1.9mm to 3.9mm; tighter pitch costs more per square foot and matters most when the audience is close.
Outdoor walls use high brightness, weather rated panels and heavier support, which raises cost. Indoor ballroom walls are gentler on the budget.
Flying a wall from house points or building ground support towers takes rigging gear and certified riggers, and that labor is part of the build cost.
Every wall includes an LED tech on site to keep the wall itself running through the show. When the show needs playback, switching, or live camera feeds run on cue, a video engineer handles that, and longer or multi day events add crew hours.
A one night event in Philadelphia prices differently than a three day conference or a build two states away. Travel and multi day rates are quoted up front.
Every build is quoted individually, but the ladder is consistent. A DJ booth face or small meeting room wall is the most affordable build we do. A corporate ballroom wall for a general session, sized so the back row reads every slide, sits in the middle, driven mostly by panel count and crew hours; see our corporate event AV page for how those builds work. A concert or festival stage backdrop, especially outdoor and flown, is the biggest production we build, with riggers, towers or motors, and a full video team. If your budget is tighter than the wall you want, ask us about projection: for some rooms a bright projector and screen delivers the size you need for less, and we stock both, so we will recommend whichever actually serves your event.
A published price list would either overcharge small events or undercharge big ones. Because walls are modular, we spec the exact panel count, processing, rigging, power, and crew your show needs and price that build. It also means there is no fixed maximum: if the stage calls for a wall bigger than anything on this page, we build it.
Send five things through the quote form: your date, the venue, roughly where the wall goes, what plays on it, and whether the event is indoors or outdoors. A sketch on a napkin is genuinely enough. We come back with an itemized quote, typically within one business day, and if you are not sure what size you need, tell us the room and the audience and we will recommend dimensions that read from every seat.
Yes, always. Every D24K LED wall quote includes delivery, build, commissioning, and teardown by our crew. LED walls are never a dry hire item.
Yes. Finer pitch panels like 1.9mm pack more pixels per square foot and cost more than 3.9mm panels. We recommend the pitch your viewing distance actually needs, so you never pay for sharpness nobody can see.
Every D24K wall comes with an LED tech on site in case anything goes wrong with the wall itself. If your show needs playback, switching, or live camera feeds run on cue, we staff a video engineer for that as well. Tell us the run of show and we will spec the right crew.
Usually yes for indoor events with controlled lighting, and we stock both. LED wins in bright rooms, outdoors, and whenever the picture has to be the centerpiece. Tell us the room and the budget and we will spec whichever fits.
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most builds, and longer for festival season. Short notice is often possible: call 215-739-1670 and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
